The Gary Chicago International Airport currently has T-hangars available for lease.

Our units are equipped with the following amenities:

Space ranging from 1,008 to 1,465 square feet
Bi-fold power or manual slide doors
Secure Airfield

Airport Amenities Include:

Part 139 Certified
Accessible at All Times (except under the most severe weather conditions)
ILS

A lease and 2 months security deposit is required.

T-Hangar Referral Program

Refer New Tenants to Lease GCIA T-Hangers receive one (1) month free rental upon new tenants signed, one year lease agreement. One (1) new tenant free rental credit per new tenant. Only one tenant will be given credit as indicated by new tenants Hangar Tenant Information form. Program applies to GCIA T-Hangars only.

NEW HANGERS FOR SALE OR LEASE AT GARY CHICAGO AIRPORT

 

 

 

 

Three new 60' wide by 50' deep hangers, fully insulated and heated with abundant lighting are available for sale or lease. Each hanger has an air conditioned 15' by 10' office with adjoining storage room and washroom.
